Shipping / Deliveries
We ship orders to the following countries:
- Portugal, Spain ( Mainland), Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland, Denmark, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Lithuania, United Kingdom (Mainland), Ireland, Greece, Czech Republic, Bulgaria.
Orders will only be dispatched after receipt of payment.
Orders are delivered by MRW, Vasp, DPD, DHL and GLS carriers, or in some cases by a hired staffe (arround Lisbon).
2) Delivery times
a) In Portugal (Mainland):
The estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 business hours after payment, with the exception of products duly identified with the expected delivery date, these products are added to the indicated time. If payment is made after 12 pm, the expected delivery time is counted from the following business day, since the shipment only takes place from the following business day.
We do not guarantee that the orders placed and paid on Wednesday after 12.00 pm will be delivered Saturday, when there is this impossibility, they will be delivered the following week, on weekdays or if you prefer, the following Saturday.
If you choose to deliver on Saturdays, the order can be delivered on the following Saturday after 24 to 72 business hours.
The option to send on Saturdays is not vinculative, it may not be possible to deliver some products on these days or there may be a failure on the part of the carrier, when these situations occur, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer and the order will be delivered on the following business days.
b) Portugal (Madeira e Açores):
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after payment, with the exception of products duly identified with the expected delivery date, these products are added to the indicated time. If payment is made after 12 pm, the expected delivery time is counted from the following business day, since the shipment only takes place from the following business day. Saturday delivery not available.
Please note that delivery time to Islands may be longer, as it involves air and/or sea transport. Pet Land is not responsible for any delays.
c) Other countries:
c.1) The period provided for delivery is 3-8 business days after payment, except for products duly identified with the expected delivery date, these products plus the time indicated. Saturday delivery not available.

3) Delivery schedule
Delivery times are from 9 am to 7 pm, and may last until 9 pm
4) Shipping costs
a) In Portugal (Mainland):
Shipping costs (€ 3.50) will be applied to orders less than € 29.90.
Shipping costs are free on orders over € 29.90.
If you choose to receive your order on a Saturday, the shipping cost is € 5.90 for any order amount.
After payment is made, you cannot choose to change the shipping / delivery method.
b) Portugal (Madeira e Açores) and other countries:
The shipping cost varies according to the weight of the order and the country of destination, you must do the simulation in the shopping cart, after adding all the products, choose the country of destination to obtain this value.
5) Delivery attempts
Carriers and/or hired staff make a delivery attempt, in case of absence of the customer or incorrect address, you should contact us to make a second attempt.
In some cases and where the volume weight permits it, the carrier and/or courier may choose to leave the order at the pick up point (where applicable).
Deliveries are limited to two delivery attempts, if it is still not possible to deliver, the order will be returned to our headquarters to be collected by the customer.
If the customer does not want to collect the order and wants to cancel it, the cost of the two delivery attempts will be charged and also the tax fee refund (price upon request), this amount will be deducted on the value of the products, only the differential will be refund to the customer.
The delivery period for orders can be extended when there is a stock out of the products ordered, subject to request from the supplier, when there is a high number of orders not foreseen or for other reasons and factors that are foreign to us, namely the carrier availability and route.
Weekends, holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve do not count for the expected delivery time, since there is no shipment of orders on those days.
Stock availability is informative and non vinculative and refers to availability at the time the page is seen. The product stocks are only reserved after payment and updated after this operation.
